With three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including two nestled on the lower ground floor boasting a balcony with pool area views, and one on the first floor offering captivating sea or mountain vistas, there's a perfect option for every guest. The first-floor bedroom features a spacious 180x200 mattress and the other two bedrooms offer either a 180x200 mattress or the flexibility of two beds measuring 90x200 each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and satellite TV too.

Policies

Minimum Stay: 5 nights

Cancelation Policy:
- A 50% deposit is required.
- Guests can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
- Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancellation is made within 60 days before arrival.
- If guests don't show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Beautiful house with a great pool! Supervised handover, contact person always available. Once a week the towels and bed covers were changed.

Amazing traditional yet modern villa. Amazing deck and pool area with knock-out views. Kalathas Beach has beautiful clear waters. Some lovely beaches nearby are also in Marithia, Stavros, etc. Chania town is very close with a 20-minute drive. The host is very helpful.

Just finished a wonderful stay at Villa Anton. We loved the home. Hanging out by the pool and looking at the sea is amazing. The two massive umbrellas work great and allow for lots of shade. From our greeting until the end of the trip, Villa Anton was perfect. We had four adults in our group and we used the two bedrooms downstairs.
